Let me start off by saying that i'm really getting into FNV and I love the attention to detail Obsidian has put into the game. Whenever I reach a spot and expect to be rewarded for getting there, I always am. This wasn't always the case in Fallout 3.

Over by the Rollercoaster ( eastern side) in Primm i'm having an issue where all these neon colors are coming up and stretching to the sky. I see pinks and blues and there from a far i'm seeing green too. I don't know what it is...
