Question about "Who dare Wins" quest on broken steel

*SPOILERS* When you finally get to the part with the terminal to control to orbital missile strike if you choose the Citadel, will you be able to go back to the Enclave Mobile Base Crawler and go inside it after you have completed the quest, and will the BoS forces still occupy Adams Airforce base like they do if you blow up the Base crawler?

Any help is appreciated :)

Once you leave the Base Crawler you cannot go back, no matter what you blow up.
