New mod resources requested

I am starting concept work on a new mod next week inspired by the "four element nations" concept of Avatar: the Last Airbender. It will basically consist of a set of four one-location guilds across the game world, each inspired by the architecture of one of the elemental nations. The mod will also include new spells to represent "bending" for each of the elements. Obviously aside from spell effects (and maybe some clothes) we're not going to copy anything directly, and no character references. I'm going to set up the mod myself, but I cannot create meshes and textures (as in I really really svck) and was wondering if some people could create the following:

Exterior objects for the four guild buildings
One armor for each element
One male and one female non-armor outfit for each element
Interiors with textures to match the exteriors (NO NPCs yet)
Finally, maybe we can have a few custom weapons inspired by the show.

There is no rush as I want to complete my two current mods before beginning to concept this one. It will be at least a few weeks until I touch CS with this project as I want to come up with some characters and quests, each of the guilds will have its own storyline. The player will have to choose one of the guilds, so you can't play all four on the same save. The bending spells will only be available to players of that element choice.

No offence intended. But if your in no rush and you have projects on the go already. Might i suggest that you practise and have a go at modelling some stuff yourself at least? Would probably give anyone who decided to help out a much better idea of the sort of thing your after too.

I may be wrong, but i doubt there are going to be many people willing to model 4 tilesets and 4 sets of armor for you.

Good news: after reviewing the architectural types in the show, I can do passable interiors using actual Morrowind resources. I might need to create a few custom banners but that should be a simple matter since they are flat images. I'm going to try and see if I can make functional exteriors also before requesting help here, though I still can't do the outfits with Morrowind resources. Since I can do the interiors myself I can go ahead and start when I'm ready and use the console coc teleport command to test until exteriors are figured out.

Water people in the show live at the poles, in snowy regions, so I will create a small snowy island to the north of Sheogorad region for that guild.
Air people live in temples in the mountains, so I think I'll place the air guild on Molag Amur region.
Earth people had most of the land in the show, so I think I'll place the earth guild last, anywhere on the map which doesn't already have much activity. Part of that guild will be in a cave.
Fire people lived in a hot region, and were the most industrial. I either have to place them in a volcanic region (but I don't want them too close to Dagoth territory) or try to create some volcanic terrain. Any pre-existing dungeons/caves/etc I disrupt in the process will be moved so I don't break any quests.

To become a bender, you have to select it as your class when you begin. To learn the bending abilities, you have to find your guild. Bender guilds will refuse non-benders or benders of another element. A few NPC benders will be placed in some of the cities to help direct the player to their guild.
