OK around lvl 10 or so I got to the point where I was accepted by the NCR and subsequently got the NCR emergency radio. I would call for an NCR Ranger, got "Ranger at the ready" and all four of us (Ede and Boone) went out killing the Legion. Then I took a couple of levels off of using my ranger and at level 16 tried calling her again. The B attacked me. And before the inevitable questions, I am accepted by the NCR, wearing NCR armour, and I dismissed both of my followers (i.e. i was going solo) and I still got shot at by the B ranger!?!?! Also why are Caravan Guards attacking me on sight? RIght outside of the airport there is a caravan guard, merchant and NCR guard. The NCR guy and the merchant watch as I get attacked (and subsequently kill) by the caravan guard. WTF?!?!
