During the quest "Escape", Andy the robot and Stanley the maintenance man never show up. Usually Andy is roasting radroaches and then Stanley is repairing him. Every time I start a new game and get to that point, they are both missing. Any ideas about what is going on?

Are you running any mods? If so, there's probably a conflict with one of them. I ran into the same thing while testing a mod for someone awhile back, that encounter just didn't appear anymore. Turning off the mod fixed the issue.
