[Relz] One-Zillion Balmora Road

Post » Sun Nov 14, 2010 7:54 am

Well here it is the long awaited debut mod for the broader Morrowind community by SamirA (Samir Al'Muhaada on PES and Tamriel Rebuilt). This mod is ideal for alchemist characters looking for a cozy place to store their potions. Located in Balmora near Caius Cosades' house this home fits into the surroundings seamlessly and is perfect for those with a mind to role-play. Enjoy this first small mod, for more of my work check Tamriel Rebuilt and be on the look out for releases coming from Skyrim - Home of the Nords and Province: Cyrodiil (more news to come from P:C in the near future!)

EDIT: I have upped it at Fliggerty now as well so this one might work

That looks like the exact spot in which the Illuminated Order places a dwelling within Balmora.

Probably is, along with some Methas Hlaalu mod and maybe a zillion other mods, hence the name.

That's odd, they just approved it so you would figure it would work. You might find some issues, it is actually my TR showcase file with a shell thrown over it and placed in game. More of an experiment on my part really and a bit of a joke putting it in Balmora as SGMonkey knows. That interior is my first ever attempt at the CS, since then I have become much better according to my reviews :P

Edit: Well in any case the download not working is on the PES end and not mine. Hopefully it will be functioning soon.

That explains a bit. You know, if you actually put any effort into it you could probably make a pretty awesome house mod. Go on.

Yeah spent a couple minutes putting that shell in Balmora and sparkling it up. That's all. I may indeed make a better house mod one of these days. I could use something better than A Good Place to Stay but I find it to be such a classic in my book. Keep a look out for something I actually put some time into in the future.

EDIT: Also I'm looking into the download issue as we speak so hopefully that will get fixed soon. They have all of my files and screens so I don't know what the problem is.

As stated on the PES frontpage, they were recently experiencing syncing problems with Fileplanet. They fixed most of the issues, but be sure to let Apy know yours doesn't work yet.

Hmmm I know Balmora isnt a heavy mod town, but did you have to place it there? Thats the site of my love guars hate dagoth pitch! And for an alchemy house it doesnt half look like a house a begger would live in. YOu could have made more of an effort with the colour...maybe a flower arangement?

:P

Nah, nice work. Nice and simple. Dont worry about it conflicting with another mod - nearly every mod made now conflicts with something or other.

p.s congrats on your first release :)

I edited my first post to include a link to Fliggerty where I uploaded it as well. Maybe that will work.
