I have seen this before. It's a problem with a faulty animation replacer mod. It replaces the jump animation with a faulty one that has a bone in the controller sequence that doesn't exist in the NPC skeleton. It doesn't cause any problems for your mods, but it is surely annoying. If you want to get rid of the error messages delete the twohandjumploop.kf from the meshes\characters\_male folder. You can also move it to a different folder if you want to keep the animation replacer and put it back if you play the game and don't mod.
