Crash when face generating

Everytime I go to a NPC, and generate his face in the face tab, TES CS stops working, with a "This program stopped working" message. Is there some way to fix it?
By the way, my computer is brand new, and it didnt happen on my old computer.

Try clicking on Face Advanced before you click on Face. That does it for me.
