I started again to play Oblivion and installed a couple of new mods, this game will never stop to amaze me.

However, there is a problem. Some mods (don't ask me which one) have changed the speed of dialog. I am not english so it becomes very tough to read. The subtitles are appearing just for few second. I searched in the ini file but failed to find anything.

Can someone help me on that ?

Elys Universal Silent Voice http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16622 is an OBSE plugin that makes the dialogue run slower. To use it you need OBSE and you need to install the plugins into Oblivion\Data\OBSE\plugins
