Im having a wierd flickering issue. It usually occurs in towns but what happens is a rock or statue flickers white or yellow. This usually happens after about an hour of playing. Also the inventory screen flickers. Im running oblivion on a phenom 2 x3 720 @ 3.4 ghz and ati radeon 6870 with the 11.3 drivers. I tried rolling back to the 10.12 drivers and had the same issue. Any suggestions?

Looks like a texture problem.

The only mods im running are official dlc and unofficial obliion patch

Nope i checked that also . I have the msi twin frozr cooler. Gpu stays around 60 degrees celsuis. Thanks forthe suggestions. Most recebtly its been fluckering white and blue and ut happens in towns or oblivion gates.
