If that's it, there's a free program that does RAR installs at http://7zip.org

Yeah it expired. as for your link-it refuses to load.

Ah, then you need to get permission, at least temporarily, so that you can install these programs. By the way, you do not have to get rid of WinRAR. I have both on one of my machines.
