I am looking for some help finding NCR Mantle armor, Bandoleer armor, and NCR Face wrap armor.

Post here if you know the location of dead NCR troopers with these armors.


Here is some locations I have previously found.

*Ranger Station Charlie (part of Ranger Andy's side quest
* Black Mountain (Up the roads 3/4 of the way, dead on the left side ditch)
* Camp McCarran Control Tower (part of the Hsu side quest)

Camp Forlorn hope has some nearly dead troopers that have booby traps near them. Set off the traps, and they'll die. You can also get a quest from the commander asking you to ask the supply officer if he needs help, he'll tell you find his troops and you find them dead later. Also, you can go to Camp McCaren and someone there will sell you supplies including armor.

Thanks man, I checked out Nelson behind Camp Forlorn Hope and saw some NCR guys in craters booby trapped, I couldn't grab any armor though. I'll check out the supply officer at McCarren.

Go to the Hotel Office in Nipton...I think its to the left when facing the City Hall. There are several dead NCR soldiers with armor.

There is a dead soldier surrounded by a bunch of wolf's near the California Sunset Drive in, which is south of Primm. The Armor is next to the drive in up the hill in a tiny cave like thing, i Found this early in the game

Do any of these locations have one of those berets? I've been looking for one...

If you do the Boone side quest he'll give you a 1st Recon red beret. If you're lookin for a camo one you can do the Hsu quest in camp McCarran and when you kill the spy you get his.

Also found that the feral ghouls in Camp Searchlight are wearing NCR armor, just don't go past the radiation signs for long.

The trader that sells is on the airstrip of camp McCarran in the Supply shack.

Primm has the face wrap and the Bandoleer armor (I believe it may even have the mantle armor but I'm not sure)

They're inside the NCR tent on the east side of town in a footlocker

best of all no one is in the tent making it super easy to steal
