Fallout Startup crash Help

This is the error I get after it crashes to desktop.

It wont boot up any further then the Play Game screen

Ive tried a bunch of things but to no avail, I need some good help please.

Graphics adaptor is below the requirements. Game isn't going to run.


You don't meet the clearly displayed minimum requirements and since it seems to be laptop/notebook you're on then upgrading isn't an option.

^^^Pretty much what he said


The Xpress 200M graphic chipset (not even a card) doesn't support Shader Model 2.0b, which the game requires at minimum. It only goes up to SM 2.0
