Does anyone know when The Next Elder Scrolls will be out?

Sorry, I don't go on forums much, but my friend said the game comes out some time in 2010? I've looked everywhere and I can't find any information about it :( I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is going to be another elder scrolls, and when? Thanks :)
