Because of how everything is levelled at this point it will be rather difficult, the biggest problem I see is that as a ranger type character you're strengths will be laying traps and attacking enemies from far away in large, open spaces, all of which is the exact opposite in this fight.
You are probably going to need to some pretty heavy spell-casting if you want to save all the soldiers, if you don't then you'll still need a bit of spell-casting. If you have a high-levelled version of the Fingers of the Mountains spell then that would be good to use against the Xivilai, a custom lightning spell with weakness to lightning or the high level Wizards Fury spell might also do the trick. You'll want as much help as you can get so roll-out your strongest summon. You'll also want some good healing spells, both for yourself and your allies, a couple of strong lightning poisons and magicka as well as health potions should be useful too.
Get the best enchanted bow you can find, absorb health, absorb magicka and a frost enchantment are all good bets (lightning is resisted by the atronachs and fire is resisted by most other daedra) If you have Umaril's sword then that has a good lightning enchantment you can use against daedra other than the atronachs.
One tactic you can use is to simply bull-rush the enemies, cast a frost spell on the xivilai then a paralyze spell and hack them with Umaril's sword, you definitely want to get rid of them first because of the clanfears they summon, after clearing them out attack daedroths and anything else other than the atronachs, save them for last.
