I can't start up Brink

Every time that I started up Brink, I always get the same error message.

Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium OS
Intel Core i3 Processor
4GB of RAM
64-bit system
Graphics Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD


I know the problem is with my graphics card (it's an integrated graphics card) so I can't exactly replace it. My drivers are up to date and there doesn't seem to be any file corruption according to steam. Is there any other way to fix this problem?
