You dont have higher specs then him, his comment states that he has an Nvidia 7800GTX, and fast hard drives in a RAID configuration. You have a 7100 onboard chipset which is very weak. His video card is much more powerful then your onboard chipset, which is why he doesnt stutter.

Also you dont have 1.3GB memory on your chipset, you probably have 64MB of dedicated memory and it leaches the rest from your physical RAM.

And his CPU is more powerful as well.

Your PC doesn't hold a candle to the person that put up the youtube video....not even close at all. Everything stated by Starforce above is true I'm afraid.

GPUs are pretty easy to install (depending on the case, just pop it in). But first answer a couple questions so we can see the best card for the PC without bottlenecking.

What is the PCs case size? Is it standard ATX or is it slimline? If you dont know, post the model of the PC.
What is the brand and wattage of the Power Supply Unit inside?
Do you have an available PCI-e x16 slot inside?
How much are you willing to spend?

That celeron processor is not game-capable either. Limited L2 Cache, it is gimped from the factory. You will never get anything even remotely considered 'good' performance out of it.
