Is there a Darth Vader suit and Light Saber mod for morrowind? i keep looking and looking but i only found 1, and its for oblivion.

Actually I've been looking for the same thing since I found the Boba Fett armor!

A bit of google searching and I have found it http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8668 The mod appears to be in german so, I have taken this from the comments

"Luckily I learnt some German in High School. The readme file and the description say that you must take the road from Hla Oad to Gnaar Mok, and there will be a bridge. A short way after leaving the bridge, you'll find a capsule in the swamp, off to your right. Find the hatch and go inside. All the equipment is in three steel barrels inside."
