Sheogorath in Skyrim?

"Oh waid, it wasn't left and right. It was up, down, and through. I went through a lot of things, and the things on the othe side didn't like me using their door. They sure opened a pretty big door later on though. To bad I had to close it, it was warm in there compared to how cold it was outside Is it cold where you are? I don't like the cold. Do you like the cold? I dont know why you would, you must be crazy. Crazy? I was crazy once. That one kid was crazy too. Transformed into a dragon to fight a really BIG red guy. Have you ever seen a dragon? You know, really big, breaths fire, scales. Well, if you ever see one, ask if they've seen that kid. I miss him, he was crazy. Crazy? I was crazy once."

Personally I'd find it funny and would like it. A cool little reference Oblivion people would get to chuckle at.

He'd fill the role of Fargoth in Skyrim  .

I predict that one of the first mods for Skyrim will be a tool for changing Sheogorath altars to use Oblivion characters. However I think that if we are able to recieve a quest from Sheogorath, Haskill will give our characters the quest because Sheogorath is busy hiding Gambolpuddy from the Nevarine again.

does anyone know if you actually become a full daedra after shivering isles or do you just get use of the realm and still have a normal human lifespan?

Ecxerpt:
You: "How can I become a Daedric Prince?"
Sheogorath: "A fair question. You can't really. But you'll have power. Enough to fill the role."

That's his opinion anyway. After you do become the new Madgod you get the ability that let's you change the weather at the snap of a finger and Haskill says: "but be aware that your essence is tied to the Realm. It has as much of an effect on you as it does on the things around you". This would manifest in you getting a random buff/nerf each time you use that ability. My guess is that this link to the realm of the Shivering Isles would eventually change a mortal into a daedra. Not necessarily a Daedric Prince, but a Daedra at least.

After the final confrontation with Jyggalag his final words are, "I will take my leave, and you will remain here mortal, Mortal…? King? God? It seems uncertain". "This Realm is yours. Perhaps you will grow to your station. Fare thee well Sheogorath, Prince of Madness". With a clear mind he doesn't seem quite as certain as the Mad God that you don't become a daedric prince.
