I'm going to write a fan fic story about fallout and i have a couple of ideas but I need more to get teh story interesting and last little longer than couple of chapters... so if you have good, bad or random ideas post them here.
I'll start writing in couple months (i hope) and all ideas I use will be marked at the end of story

What happened before the War in Europe? go into that.

US/Mexico relations were strained before the war go into that perhaps

id like a fanfic on tribal life.

Maybe something like "Army Wives" or "The Unit" about the Enclave or BOS...

Ghostbusters Fallout style.

Seriously though.... If you only have ideas that support a short story... maybe make just a short story. Otherwise, maybe just post your first chapter and invite other forum memebers to post the next chapter, like a collaborative project, see?

those don't work out very well here. the closest thing is to RP where the storyteller has control over such collaborations and can keep the sillyness at bay. Or keep the seriousness from creeping in, whichever have you.

Then I'd havta stick to my original suggestion: if you don't have enough ideas to do any more than a short story... just do a short story.

Yep, looks like I have to write a shorter story than I hoped. Umm... and it also looks like I have to write my ideas up cuz I don't no longer remember what my original idea was but I think I has something to do with betting...

not really.. if you consider memories is two threads and only a week or so of time has passed in the story -rganted, there are a lot of flashbacks, but all total, about a weeks worth of story telling.. six hundred pages long in word..
