Tommy Gun

Post » Sun Nov 28, 2010 2:53 pm

Hey guys, been a LONG time since I've logged in and I've been wondering. Will Obsidian include the Tommy Gun in FO:NV? I personally think it will be included, how could it not? The game itself revolves around a man only named the "Courier" who has to uncover the mystery behind his attempted assassination, which subsequently leads him into a post-apocalyptic Las Vegas. This is the 50s version of Las Vegas, in short, this is the mobster controlled Las Vegas. So, what do you guys think? If you think it will just post why and if you think it won't, post why as well. (This is all optional, of course.)

This is like the 100th thread on the Tommy Gun. If you had searched it you would have found a couple threads with your exact title. Anyway...
I don't think it has been confirmed however given the setting and theme it wouldn't make sense to not include it.

They wouldn't be putting out images like http://i35.tinypic.com/nthk0.jpg if there wasn't going to be a Tommy Gun.

Man, you really are a buzzkill aren't you? That's like saying, "Just because the BoS have Laser Rifles in some of the pictures, doesn't mean there's going to be laser rifles". Although it's not a fact, the chances are, the Tommy Gun will be in New Vegas.

Not only does that not make sence. But I'm guessing the picture will either be a loading screen, The picture for machine guns/the tommy gun in the inventory, or something else similer to that.

Wait, you don't want to use one, or you don't want it in the game at all?

That is a NV image however. The dart board has a Fallout 3 laser rifle on it and a mini nuke.

Both i don't understand the uproar for the tommy gun, I understand half of it, as it fits into mafia/vegas. But meh the gun seems boring...?
