basically what i want to do is modify the default respawn timer for a particular dungeon if i cant ill settel for all thnx for help in advance

The respawn timer is controlled by the Gameplay Setting http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/IHoursToRespawnCell Changing this will affect all cells, though.
