Stealthy Magic

Esteemed Bethesda!

Will there be spells that are quiet enough to use in a stealthy situation?

Also, could you implement a feature that lets us charge the spells (as in give it less or more power).

Thanks ;)

The GI article states that some spells and dragon shouts will be spoken in a whisper, like invisibility. Having to shout at the top of your lungs would kind of negate the purpose of a stealthy spell.

Hehe, I can see it happening. Totally breaking immersion. Although other checks are probably in place against AI, I would like interior doors to produce noise level according to your stealth mode and skill as well. So it at least sounds that you're trying :)

When you're in stealth mode (crouching) all your actions should be done quietly. Like drawing an arrow/sword, casting a spell or opening a door.

Well hopefully night eye and invincibility won't light you up like torch when you cast the spell.
