I am looking into converting the only intact home(besides Silvers) in springvale into a player home(Mainly mine for now) I tried to find it in the G.E.C.K (I'm new to it) So i was wondering if i could get some help in finding it.The House (When done will not contain GOD items). Mainly Kitchen/Dinning Room Combo,Living Room,1 or 2 bed rooms. Footlockers (3) Cabinets for Apperal. So if i could get some input and suggestion on what programs and tools i will need to do this that would be great Thanks.

The only program you need is the GECK. I'll move this to the GECK forum for you.

I'd suggest that first of all you hunt down the tutorial videos on YouTube, and bookmark the GECK wiki for reference. Get used to how the GECK is laid out, with its various drop-down menus for each item.

Each house is comprised of an exterior and an interior. The easiest way to find the exterior of the house you want is to either go to the Springvale worldspace, or to find Silver's house in the Interiors list and click on the doormarker to view the connecting door, then use your mouse to navigate your way around the exterior of her house to find the other intact house. If it has no existing interior, you'll need to add one (easiest way would be to right-click and Duplicate Silver's house. Look at the video tutorials for a few tips on this).

If it has an existing interior, you can skip this step. You'll find footlockers and cabinets in the Containers menu - they're self-descriptive so you'll easily find one for clothing.

A good basic layout to work with is the houses in bigtown.

They have the ranch house as a base and easily used to set up your own (learn to use snap to grid...snap range 64 is a good for layout, 1 is good for filling the interior) along with rotate limits (usually use 45 )

Best thing to do is dive in and play around with the tools and learn how they work while using the geck wiki to help.

As for the house location, using the door tps from zspringfieldbandithouse will get you close to it.
