Yes, they're fake, and they've been floating around for AGES. Anything you find about TES V, whether it be a screenshot or a trailer, is totally fake. Bethesda doesn't let things leak.

Yeah, they're pretty keen on keeping horse armor details away from us as long as possible.

There is a speculation topic for discussing such things. However, they are fake, we will wait until Bethesda release some genuine information about TESV - won't be for a while.
