Slaver Questions

Post » Thu Dec 02, 2010 1:38 pm

Who can you enslave, who can you not?

I know you can enslave raiders, ex slaves in Evereen Mills, wastelanders and probabely residents in Megaton and Tenpenny Tower.

Who else can you enslave?

But is there anyone you cannot enslave? Soldiers. Brotherhood of Steel?

Not that I would enslave them.

I've never been able to successfully enslave any named NPC (that wasn't on the special list), however I have this habit of enslaving members of the Enclave, as well as Random slavers that I find wandering through the wastes. I haven't tried enslaving members of the BOS or the Outcasts...yet. I see no reason why it wouldn't work on one of the generic members.

You can enslave outcasts and BoS found in the wasteland. I've never tried to enslave anyone in the Citadel or Fort Independence. The best place to enslave enclave is due south of Paradise Falls on the overpass. They don't have far to run.

Bryan Wilks. I'd save beforehand though, he's a tough one.

As evil as my character is, also being a slaver too, there are a couple things that even he won't do; one is blow up Megaton, and the second is enslaving children even though Bryan Wilkes is one of the more annoying kids in the game.

Thank you. :)

I have enslaved three targets in Strictly Business, some raiders, some wastelanders and some ex slaves in Evergreen Mills.

I would not enslave Bryan Wilkes. That would be cruel.

Can you enslave people in Little Lamplight?
I would think any resident in a area would be enslavable.

But I don't want to enslave my neighbours in Tennpenny Tower. That would be bad.

I will try and enslave some Enclave next. They I would not feel so guilty about lol.

I won't enslave the BoS or the Outcasts.

Can you enslave people in dlcs?

Or does that not work.

I wondered if the fact three of them are in diferent places would make them not know were Paradise Falls was.

No to the DLCs. You can enslave one for sure at LL, talk to Eulogy Jones about that, it's a sidequest. If you have a high enough science skill, after you enslave an Enclave trooper, sometimes they will ask you to take off the collar. If you can do that successfully, they will be friendly to you forever. In terms of quantity, I think Raiders are your best bet. I tend to enslave the Outcast too... there's only so much trash talk that the Lone Wanderer will endure before he goes postal.

EDIT: There is one glitch. If you enslave Flak, Shrapnel will come to visit Paradise Falls. Thus making that store unavailable. However, sometimes (not all the time) when I see Shrapnel out in the wastes, I can trade with him and get weapon repair done.) You can stealth boy and free Flak after the quest, and then the store will re-open in Rivet City. Avoid being seen with all slavers when attempting to free him... make a hard save before committing to anything.

True there is only so much a Lone Wanderer can take in trash talk, lol. I have been tempted to enslave them.

I will leave Flak were he is. Last time I was evil I got the targets and left them to it. I wanted to stay on the right side of the slavers.
I prefered to play it straight with them. Get the slaves, get paid, be polite when given the random items of caps.

Shrapnel did not disapear in my save last time.

He might in other playthroughs though.

I looked at the Kid Kidnapper quest on the wikia. I don't want to enslave Bumble/Betty. She is one of the few non offensive Little Lamplighters.

I have a black female called Ley Vari now. Doing the neutrel trophies. She is supposed to be neutrel. But is good currently. Could I be a slaver and be neutral as well? It would be a way to stop me getting too good.

Or I could just steal things to be neutrel if I got too good.

He does not annoy me that much. Compared to the cocky, annoying, sometimes offensive, Little Lamplighters he is ok.

He is annoying though.

I can't bring myself to enslave people. I prefer to be the hero. I actually had killed Arkansas in Minefield cause I was tired of him shooting at me. He killed me twice by exploding cars around me. That bum........ lol

Alien mesmetron FTW (mod). Enslave anyone and everyone. Works better than reverse pickpocket to play dress up with the NPCs which you can enslave as well. Lyons in a sun bonnet and raider gear is a riot.

I wouldn't recommend enslaving essentials for obvious reasons.

If you like the Alien Mesmertron you will love FNNCQ (just set the slaver baton to 100% criticals in the G.E.C.K, or you will be there all day trying to get a sneak critical).
