i know most people like sneaky or melee players and role playing but how about say a wheelchair character where you can't use stairs or can only travel slowly? or how about a character that has to drop his current weapon every 30 minutes? or a character that NEEDS to steal EVERYTHING he/she see's no matter where they are, so anyone wanna try these or think of some other crazy one's like these?

How about an alcoholic? You can only drink wine, beer etc. So you need to keep drinking else you suffer withdrawal. Quite a challenge I'd imagine

There are no ramps in the Fallout universe; maybe they all have nuclear powered robotic pants to help them walk around.

I had a character who picked up everything from everywhere no matter how useless it was and took it home to shove in a locker. She even had a couple of those 50lb wood chippers. It took forever for her to go anyplace but the wasteland sure was clean. The Church of Atom never did find out who stole all of their burned books.
