just bought goty edition for pc (was an xboxer)

and i want to make a perfect char first off... if anyone has some links saved can you post em here?

I've never done this before but with Broken Steel it's very easy to accomplish. Even a moderately intelligent character will get enough points to max out all of their skills and this is without perks like Educated and Comprehension. As for your SPECIAL attributes, take Almost Perfect at level 30 and then go and collect all of the SPECIAL bobbleheads and you'll have them all at 10.

If you don't have Broken Steel you can't max out SPECIAL and maxing out your skills is best done with a very intelligent character and the aforementioned perks. It will require that you do a lot of skill book hunting but at least Comprehension divides this in half.

You should've saved and bought New Vegas. It's coming out in like, 10 days.

Personally, I am not buying New Vegas until they come out with a GOTY Edition and it is thoroughly patched. I can wait for it and continue playing FO3:GOTY until then.
