Linsolv at http://www.thebrinkforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=221 has taken it upon himself to run the numbers and provide us with a basis for comparing the guns in Brink by effectiveness. This is just the base for building a complete (as possible) comparison of known weapons in the game. My thanks go out to him.

Sadly, his reference video does most likely not display the weapons how they will be in the release-game.

Those scenes are taken from a version in which the guns had no recoil and every weapon-type had the same stats.
