This just a heads up to anyone who cares. This is an upcoming mod I am making. It is in Pre alpha stage right now so it may take a few months for it to be out but here is a basic overview of it. Warning it is long, but I have not added all the details yet.

Fallout 3 World at War: Rise of Nations Mod. F3 WaW RoN

Idea: The idea of this mod is to make it so you may rule and oversee your own nation. You have complete control over your nation.

Within this mod multiple things are changed.
Landscape - Instead of a the entire map being a desert, most of the north will be covered in snow, the south will be mostly swamps ,and the mid section of the map will be grass land and desert. All this will be accomplished using the models from the original game, Operation Anchorage, point look out, and the model used in the oasis where Herald, and the Treeminders are.

Story - The original story is abolished but all the add-on stories are kept and are playable.
Features:
City capturing – City capturing is one of the key aspects to this mod. It allows you to expand your empire as it gets stronger. It is no easy task though. You can't just walts in, It will take all your military might to take one.

Countries - USSR, New China, D.C. alliance, United Vaults, Megaton Empire, Raiderland, Super Mutant kingdom, The Enclave.

Allying – Allying allows you to go in and out of allied territories freely. It will also open up trading between your nations. Allies may also be convinced to send troops to aid you in war. You can also threaten your allies to give you money or you destroy them.

Government - You can choose a government out of these. Democracy, Republic, Socialist, Communist, Dictatorship, Monarchy, and Overseeism (yes I made it up using the vault government. These may just worth less though. I have not found a way for these to be helpful but I'll add them anyway.

Cities – Some of the cities have become countries so they are enlarged and most cities have actually been absorbed into the countries, this is not to say they are not there but that their citizens will be that countries race and they will be apart of that faction.

Building – To expand your city you need to build. You can build houses, baracks, offices and stores. These wil all aid in your quest for conquest.
