Load Order - Wrye Bash Highlights As Red

Post » Sun Dec 12, 2010 2:21 pm

Hey everyone. I was just wondering that with my new load order, Wrye Bash is highlighting a bunch of stuff as red. However the game runs perfectly fine. Wrye bash's error when hovering over the red mods is that they have the mod has the same load order as another mod. Should i be concerned about this?

Thank you.

Kind of. The load order is dependent on the time/date of modification of the file.

If several mods all have the same time/date, then load order can be a bit iffy.

Far better to fix it.

Two ways: Simply run BOSS (after turning off Lock times - Right click the "file" header in the mods tab of Wrye Bash to see if it is turned on).

Or, Select all your mods in Wrye Bash, right-click, go to File -> redate. Give it a starting date (a year or so ago is good) and then it will redate all your mods according to their current load order.
