I play Fallout on and off. Personally, I prefer TES, and I've never played a past FO game, unfortunately. I plan to, though!

I occasionally dip into Fallout 3, but I tend to play other games nowadays. I've never played any of the previous games, but I got the original fallout collection about an hour ago, so I suspect that'll soon change.

And Fallout over TES every time.

I haven't played Fallout 3 very much at all, mainly because my computer can't run it at the moment.
Once it does I will use a hell of a lot of mods, but for the time being playing Fallout 2 is making me happy. =)

Well I got back into Fallout 3 after I'd say a year of not playing it, and I still love it (addicted to it now).

Can't wait for New Vegas!

Oh and, TES > Fallout in my opinion

I still play FO1,2,and 3.... I stopped playing the ES games ages ago... But FO3 has consumed probably close to 1000 hours of my life, and I have played through the first 2 dozens of times over.

I'm just played fallout 3 and i think it's a great game, it has a good graphic, a good story, and this is one of the best pc game
i like the scene when the first time we went out from the vault it just like the first time when the baby born to see the world
and this game is not boring, although a very long time consuming
i just can't wait for the new vegas

I haven't played FO3 for a while or any other game if it matters.

More important stuff going on in the world today then some stupid game to be honest.

I like to play Fallout kind of often, mainly I go on explorers missions. I go and discover places I think are cool. I'm working on Takoma Park at the moment.

You schedule your gaming sessions depending on the state of the world?

Yes
Yes (though I'm playing neither at the moment)
Which Fallout? Classic Fallout or Bethesda Fallout? I prefer classic Fallout over TES, but prefer TES over Fallout 3.

I run the game when modding, but I've not played the game in months.
(Can you believe that I've had it since 2008 and never once finished it, and have since added all 5 of the DLC and haven't yet initiated/or begun any of them :o )

I still plan to finish the game though.

oh, i just clicked, The Elder Scrolls. i feel a bit thick now... :sadvaultboy:

well they're both awesome in different ways, the game world and story of fallout is unbeatable but there's something very satisfying about using a sword/axe and shields as opposed to a gun! it's a close call.

out of loyalty to the fallout series i'll say that it's better. i spent too many hours of my teenage life playing fallout1&2 to believe anything different!

I play Fallout 3 once a blue moon (yes, I've beaten it) to wander the wastes, but I got the Fallout Trilogy from Interplay recently so I'm exploring Fallout 1 at the moment (and getting killed for a while, as you can see through my other thread). Besides the camera angle (I can't seeeeee!!!) and sharp difficulty spikes, its a lot of fun. That being said, I prefer Morrowind for the sheer amount of stuff to do.

OP, have you thought about, instead of TES or FO, putting up the games separately (as in Which is the best in your opinion: Fallout 3, Fallout 2, Fallout 1, Morrowind, or Oblivion?) That would handle "Which Fallout?" questions and lead to more specific comparison posts (as the last question kind of asks for comparison posts anyway...).

1. Yes i still play fallout 3 with mods some times, but now im generally waiting for new vegas.

2.And i usually play fallout 2 from start to end once or twice a year.

3.Fallout 3 is definetly better than tes. Only elderscrolls that i still like is daggerfall, but oblivion is very bad even with modded. Cheez..seeing those skeletons in oblivion makes me think, "what, im playing this game at this age?" Cant take seriously a game what tries to make "realistically" graphics and has skeletons. Orcs, zombies and faeries are fine..but not..skeletons.. Atleast with looks of oblivion skeletons. But with more cartoonish graphic styles skeletons are fine..just like in a warcraft 3.
