I would reaaaally like to see bethesda create a Fallout set in the one, the only, NYC.

Eh, I'm really not a fan of NYC. If they're going to keep to the East Coast I'd rather see them go north to Massachusetts (The Commonwealth and Institute) or south to . . . well the South. Florida would be fun (particularly Cape Canaveral).

Pick a high spot, snipe everything, and i mean everything. Hmm. Redundant? Enter building, find stairs, climb, clear,climb down stairs, and so on and so forth. Might work though, and it centainly would be interesting.

Hotlanta and Charlette would be my favs maybe even a nuked Myrtle Beach wouldn't be to bad. I don't know about fallout lore in relation to theese towns, but best places for a story imo.

Oh man have i got the thing for you. If you play on pc then there is a mod that adds NYC to the game it doesnt take over the capital wasteland as you have to travel to it. I'll find it and PM you the link?

I'd rather not see New York city. Not only is New York overused, but taking into account its popularity it was likely leveled to the ground like Los Angeles was.

your wanting NYC huh well enough games are based in the USA what about a fallout in the UK like london or even my home town DONCASTER haha that would be awesome

Yep. New York is probably the most overused and cliche place to set a game, I really hope no future Fallout game or even DLC goes there. And yeah, it was probably totally destroyed in the Great War anyway.
