No DVD found, DVD Device tell me its empty : Fallout 3

So i just bought Fallout 3 today and tried to install.
But when I lay in the DVD it tries to read and read and read and after a while it tells me there is no DVD inside.
I cant open die device folder... nothing.
I searched for hours but nobody seems to have a solution but changing the DVD device, but i have an Alienware-Laptop.
I already loaded the newest firmware.
Does anyone have a solution for me?

Does the disk work in any other computers? Do other disks work in your laptop?
