Having a technical problem here. When I start Fallout 3, this pops up:" The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll." WTF?! This is a normal version with all DLCs and I'm using vista. What should I do?

That is for G4WL or "LIVE"
You have two options....

1: if you want to use Windows"LIVE" to get achievements you need to update "LIVE"
or
2. if you don't care about the achievements use the the "fake Xlive.dll" feature of FOMM -> http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640

it's in "Tools" tab "install tweaker", checkmark the "use Fake Xlive.dll" box & apply
