I must have missed the one about JRPGs lol i kinda closed it on the last video half way thru, was boring me

He says with western RPG's like Skyrim or Mass Effect, even though there's a lot of fantasy it feels real.

While in JRPGs everything is crazy over the top, Some of his quotes were "Japanese stuff is crazy on another level. You think 'it looks cool but that's just nuts'" and "Then the world eats itself, for some reason there's nukes all over the place, and I'm having trouble with my father and mother"

Well frankly, Game Informer doesn't owe anyone any information on Skyrim. You didn't pay Game Informer for any extra game informer on the hub. If you got the magazine, that's all you paid for. If you didn't get the magazine, you shouldn't have any thoughts of being owed any information. Also, I don't see how lore is "nerdy", just because someone doesn't have a taste for the finer arts.

As I said I didn't mean any insults at it besides we are all nerdy here otherwise we wouldn't be here :P

Holy crap I love the rant he goes on about japanese RPGs

What rant? He explained how he enjoys Western RPGs and showed the difference between them. He said that western rpgs aim for more realism to the world and japanese rpgs are heavy fantasy. That isn't a rant, that's the truth. He didn't start yelling "Japanese RPGs svck RAWR!!!!!"
