Hello! I'm getting stuck at the loading screen, could it be the load order that's wrong? Or possibly something else?

If you get a crash to desktop at the loading screen quite often a missing .esm file is the reason.
I'm not familiar with all the mods you are using, but maybe you should check if one of them is missing an .esm.

I think you need http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4968 to run FOOK2, FWE and EVE together. Also, check http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1062103-overhaul-load-order/page__p__15425469__fromsearch__1&#entry15425469.
