not much experience with amazon at all. so why does everyone hate it? how will amazon ruin the psycho pack? dont all u do is preorder and they'll email you the code?

That's where I went......they should've given gamestop the psycho package......amazon is going to ruin it.

That's my fear, but I don't care about DOOM.

I used to love steam. But my computer is so old, it's graphics card is under 300mb. My laptop that i'm using now is better......(toshiba satellite c655)

Hmm, earlier I was looking up peoples reviews of Amazon preordering and I saw 4 out of 4 responses say their items got to them the day of the release or the day after it's release. However, those who said what they bought were usually buying books or CDs. So I guess what I'm asking is have you personally been screwed by Amazon, or have you just heard horror stories about them? It's not that I think you're wrong, it's just I kinda want you to be wrong for the sake of my pack preference :thumbsup:

Sometimes they mess up your order (it's late, wrong object, no object) or they aren't 100% they'll do the pre order bonus so you don't get one (happened before) or the worst..........they cancel your order two days before the game comes out. (like they did to me once) :banghead:

they should have made the psycho for gamestop because they would have got more pre-orders because gamestop is really reliable

I've heard just as many bad and good stories about Gamestop as about Amazon when it comes to pre-orders.

The only reliable source are digital-retailers in that matter, it seems.

You can also get the Psycho Pack from Direct 2 drive, if you are willing to play on PC.

I did notice that, but (regrettably) I'm getting it for xbox. my 360 is a real piece of crap and the computer I have now isnt good enough and i dont have the money for a good one. Brink and Skyrim are the only things that are going to pull me back to gaming this year.

The new practice should be that when someone posts a redundant thread instead of posting in it. All of us wiser users could just flood the OP's inbox with various links to threads that pertain to the original subject. the PSYCHO pack, the mask,wepon and silencer are nice. its better then getting a t-shirt like for the doom or fallout pack, but there all pretty cool

Personally I didn't know about the packs until after I pre-ordered at Gamestop. So I want to know what pack are you guys looking forward too?

I pre ordered at game stop to give them my business but I do love the hell fire tatts I will be receiving

I think the Psycho Pack will complement my Medium Anger Operative style well. None of the other packs were all that appealing to me. Plus, I didn't have a problem when I got Halo Reach from Amazon, so I'm willing to give them my business.

i just preordered the spec ops and pyscho pack plus i already had the doom pack. works out well since i only have to pay for one. its nice to have friends who dont know how to preorder. :hubbahubba: now i just hope u can combine all 3 of the packs. which im sure u can.
