I want to replace all the armor on all the BOS and outcast soldiers, but have never done such a task before, o I am confused about what I need to edit. I have the armor all set up and ready to go. Looking at a stock BOS NPC, i notice it uses level lists to decide equipment, so i am thinking if I edit the leveld lists with the armor I want, this should work?

another better way might be to to attach a script to the armor (i think this would work).

onload, you find if it on an NPC, if it is, remove the armor, and put in your stuff. That way you wont have to edit levelled lists.
