i killed Jericho when i blew up Megaton.And i killed Charon when i slaughtered everyone in Underworld.so who is the next best companion?

Defiantly Fawkes. He's a super mutant with a Gatling laser and impossible to kill at lvl 30 because he has like 500,000hp and heals within 5 seconds of being out of combat.

Fawkes is cosy to hang around with, and you can be sure that he will take care of all your problems (albino radscorpions, reavers and such...), but things get a little boring with him in your trail imo.

Try Clover. She's no spartan hoplite in a battle, but she's a screamer and warn you when enemies ar nearby.

Clover is nice for an evil character as you sounds like.
paladin cross is good but require good charisma, the others Butch and the RL-3 robot is neutral but rather weak, so only useable as pack mules.
And yes Fawkes is close to god mode, just let him engage the enemy and redraw.

Best Follower: Fawkes. Awesomely armed, nearly indestructible. But you gotta be good to hire him. Sounds like you're about as bad as they get.
2. Charon. Tough, and surprisingly effective at a disatnce. And he can sneak. But he's dead.
3. Jericho. Simple, reliable long-distance killing power. But you killed him, too.
4. Cross. She's very good, if you give her a proper weapon (if your character doesn't use energy weapons, give her the ones you find).
5. RL-3. Excellent weapons, but he can't hit s*** with them. Handy as a pack mule, though. He's supposed to level up if you have BS, which might make him more effective.
6. Clover. Give her a Shishkebab, and she's effective up close. And she needs a good distance weapon, too (her tag skill is Small Guns, I think)
7. Dogmeat. Can only fight up close and sems to die a lot, at least on me.
8. Butch. Better than Bumble. Maybe.

For you, I suggest Clover. Give her a good distance weapon, and try to kep enemies away from her.

I would suggest RL3 if you can get him before your karma drops too much, he can only be purchased if your neutral. Clover and Jericho can be picked up you have evil karma.

RL3 has served me well on previous playthroughs, he does appear to toughen up as well as you level up.
