Post » Sun Jan 16, 2011 7:06 pm

Hello everybody, we just finished up the trailer for our fanmade fallout webseries "Scarecrow"

see it here---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LX84zr7l6vY

We are currently forming the script for the first episode! Filming starts when all the leaves are brown.

Now that you see what we can do, we are now allowing prop donations. The enitre webseries is non-profit so any help we could get would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the nifty subscriber page. We just designed a layout for classic fallout fans. Quite proud of that. So check it out and spread the word eh.

Yep, we are currently in production of the first episode. Still need to wait for fall to kick in so we can get a little less green in the trees.
1500 views in 2 days, just for the trailer! I bet that most people on this forum havnt even seen it yet.

Its by fans - for fans.

So spread the word to other fans.

Hmmm...Very interesting. To be honest, I can't say I'm extremely excited because so little happened in the trailer.

HOWEVER!!!!!!!

Of all the fan-made live action series I've seen, yours has captured the Fallout spirit best by far. It would be a shame not to pursue this further.

I have a few qustions though :user: :
  • What is the setting in the Fallout Universe?
  • Can we expect to see mutants or robots?
  • How long would a typical episode be?
  • Am I getting annoying? :poke:

Its a teaser trailer, and we didnt want to go farther than the fallout intro sequences would.
We cant release too much yet, but an episode shouldnt be shorter than 15 min.
But we can say that the setting is America, far from dc and california. At the same time period as fallout 3. But this is not the story of a vault dweller.
mutants and robots are planned to be in the series, but what type of each is possible depends on community support. (That means you guys)

Donations: We really would rather you NOT donate money, If you have things like airsoft guns, football pads, 1950s junk, ect ect. That would be a great help, as we would spend less of our time and budget buying these items,( as well as trying to find these items by scouring fleamarkets) and more time filming and editing.
