What abilities do ya'll want in new Fallout games? Personally I would like some more potent abilities. That guy from Bioshock can shoot lightning, I want to be able to fire off some radiation from my hands. Or maybe we could have some kind of splicing. Mix the character's DNA with animals. This is a science fiction game it should feel like it.
