Mods that alter animations

Like the title asks, are there any mods that alter some of the animations in-game? Like the walk. The NPC's walk like they have a pole up their [censored].

Kalian's http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1071872-animation-mod-list/ is pretty current AFAIK.
