I was going to wait until this one ends, and then after the public voting and the crowning of the winner is done with open a thread for the next contest. Then after a few weeks of discussion and waiting we begin the next contest thread. But if you have some ideas you want to get down then feel free. This thread isn't being used for much else right now.

I hate to pester you, my good judges, but we really need to wrap this up. One story already has all your reviews, but the others are lacking. I understand some of you might not see this, but if you do please let me know or finish up. EDIT: Indeed, I had intended to do just that, but the third contest was scheduled to start in the beginning of November, giving everyone a good week or two after the voting was done. As the voting has not yet finished, I figured the inactivity between the deadline of this contest and and the results was a break in and of itself.

But thank you very much for finishing that I really appreciate it, especially considering how busy you are.

i'd leave some space between now and the end of the 3rd contest. maybe time it so that Thanksgiving break is included (gives both the writers and the judges some leeway).
