A Mountain, Or A Molehill?

Ok guys, I know I've been bugging about little things lately, but I seem to have stumbled on a big, big problem. I'm using Open Cities - Leyawin Reborn, and as far as I can tell all the patches I need. Apparently one of the mods I'm using has decided to put a mountain where Leyawin should be. That's right, A Mountain. It's probably the biggest and most hilarious mod conflict I've ever seen, I would post screenies, but I don't feel like fighting photobucket right now. Anyways so you see my issue, there is a huge mountain, with various building sticking out in weird places, Here's my (Albeit a bit screwed up) Semi-BOSSified load order:

I say semi bossified because there were a few conflicts that I had to manually move around to get rid of some land tears. Mainly Region Revived and UL-Imperial Isle, at least I think it was those two, because that's where the tears were, and when I put Region revived below UL they (mostly) went away, the rest were fixed with Land Magic...which is amazing. The open Cities .esp is so far down because I was toying with different orders to get rid of the mountain, as you can see I loaded it near last and it didn't work, other than that this is how BOSS orders my mods, thanks for any help you can give :D

Wow and I'm a tard. I swear they should kick me from these boards for all my tardedamazinsauce. I stumbled upon a whole page (90+) compatibility mods for UL, dur dur. I just installed like 5 of them that I needed, Now back to Leyawin, after a thorough facepalming.

Anyone have any ideas? I've tried deactivating Blackforest entirely, and it seems like that isn't the mod that causes the mountain. Unless those cell changes are retained via my bashed patch, even though I'm pretty sure I rebuilt it after deactivating. Also, with the various UL patches active I can't compile the Land Magic Patch, it errors. Anyways, thanks for any help, my game is basically unplayable with leyawin broken.


Edit: I uninstalled ALL of UL - Complete, via OBMM. Still a mountain...I don't know what else to do...

Alright, so here is some very weird, but for me, very awesome information, in case anyone was interested in my issue. I was using a save very near Leyawin to test different potential solutions, after nothing worked, I got incredibly tired of trying, so I just reinstalled everything and said screw it, I just won't go there. So I loaded up the save, and the problem was still there. (I think I've worked it out to a glaring LoD issue, because there were huge chunks of invisible land and some ugly LoD textures just hanging around).

I decided to run to Bravil and see how that worked, so I did, and all the way to Bravil the problem kept up, invisible ground textures, ugly LOD. So then I fast traveled to Bravil from just outside, where the ugly mess was. Low and behold the problem didn't exist. So I TCL'd and flew to Leyawin, alas the LOD loaded correctly and the problem was gone. Now I can fast travel there and everything is good. I really have no idea what happened, if that save got screwed up from changing various mods, and the cells just needed to be reset, or what...but I'm glad it's gone hehe.

I guess the lesson here is, keep on trucking kids, eventually you'll give up and be defeated, and the mod gods will have some mercy on you :D

On the one hand, I'm glad you resolved your issue. On the other hand, I was really hoping for screen shots, because that just sounds loltastic.

I think it was the last mod in your load order that was causing the issue. But it has the habit of vanishing without a trace. It can come back anytime though, so be on your guard.
