Grumpy's domehome. since i don't change balmora's exteriors it works perfect. i also like that it is not a giveaway home. and comes with a staff. and that the staff react to many popular companion mods as well.

I like Homes to Let. Yeah, you can't own the house, but I just love having temp/vacation homes all over the place, especially the mushroom pod in Sadrith Mora. For a bigger place, I like the Archmage Tower or BUUL (Building Up Uvirith's Legacy)

There are a number of really nice house mods out there, but I still like Private Mobile Base the best.
