facegen improvement?

I remember finding Oblivion's face customization being very limited. For one thing, you can't change the shape of the eyes. You can only proportionally change their size, so if you want to make some asian-like squeezy eyes it's impossible. I actually played with facegen before oblivion came out and it was in fact much more powerful than what's included in the game. Wonder why it was dumbed down? Will there be a better face customization this time?

I expect this to be completely overhauled to give it a bigger sense of character customization and another thing proving it, is in the scans when it shows the barmaid apparently they wrote the faces have been completely re-worked to show more emotions. So don't fear i feel this will be an improved feature.

They don't really give any details on the facegen in the Game Informer article. However, I can assure you the citizen's of Skyrim look amazing. And they are really working on characters showing emotion. It also appears that we will be able to select body types? Maybe even customize them ourselves Saint's Row style. That's just speculation on my part though. Point is, have no fears.

The one screenshot I've seen of the NPC in what appears to be a tavern looks pretty good. Smokin' actually. :hubbahubba:
