Um need help..

So im sure im gonna piss everyone off cause its probably the most basic thing
when i first installed and tried it gave me a cannot find d3dx9_38.dll.. havnt been able to find a dll package or anything for it i just searched and dled it hoping it was the only one then i got a missing libvorbisfile.dll then a missing libogg.dll then missing libvorbis.dll and i gave up.. tried reinstalling several times no go and couldnt find any threads about this problem..

You need to install the GECK in the same location as Fallout 3.

Nope only the PC version. Modding Xbox/PS3 games breaks the terms of agreement on the respective console, and discussion of doing so is frowned upon here. :/

And its what Cipscis said. Geck.exe needs to be installed in the same folder as Fallout.exe.
