Looks pretty sweet but when I click the link it says:

Not Found

The requested URL /humanshield/FO2 Setting Improvement v3.zip was not found on this server.

And by the way, anyone know how to install this mod properly?

I've tried it a couple of times now and it's starting to piss me off.
Sometimes it says "Can't find data" or something like that, and once I got this messege:

The program encountered a problem at adress 7659b09e and cannot continue

Click OK to terminate the application

Can't register at NMA and ask because they don't allow hotmail email's.
