Here is the deal, got the DOSbox emulator running, I get to the point where the game begins installing and A menu comes up saying " You do not have enough disk space for you're chosen installation type, the files take more room than this install program first anticipated, go back and try a smaller disk type. If you do not have enough disk space for even the minimum install type you will have to delete some files on you're hard disk to make room."
However I do have enough space on my C drive to install the game. 68 gigs to be exact, so I go back to the path menu and hit "change installation path" and it says "no drives available". Help please.
Also: Ive lurked these forums for a few years but never took the time to join up, so hi.
Edit for "please" seemed more polite.
Unless you specifically told DOSBox that you have 68GB of space, it's not going to recognize it. The default size of the virtual drive created by DOSBox isn't large enough to allow a full install of Daggerfall, and I'm pretty sure you didn't specifically allocate 68GB of space to DOSBox.
Try the suggestion posted by ThatRandomGuy00. That will probably work for you.
Also, if you run "install /u" that disables the disk check, but you'll need to make sure DOSBox has enough space allocated to the drive. You can verify how much free space you have in DOSBox by typing "dir". Free space will be listed at the end.
